Jim Cotter, Director of Corporate Development, will lead Implementing Remote Service on Lower-Value, Higher-Volume Equipment. During this workshop, participants learn how to determine equipment choice for remote solutions, evaluate impact on existing infrastructure and identify potential value-added services. This workshop offers its participants the tools to increase field service optimization, manage a triage portfolio of devices for viable remote services participants and quantify the impact on solution infrastructure.
Mark Mosher, Director of Operations, will present Conducting Root-cause Analysis of Equipment Failures Using Remote Service Data. Participants are invited to go beyond their basic remote service delivery model and better utilize collected data in order to increase the effectiveness of diagnosis. From this workshop, participants will learn to create a diagnostics model, determine parameters for remote proactive service and to use these tools to better their business efficiency.
